Tilefish skin protections?

Hello all I am wondering if anyone had an idea what these bumps are by the gills and by the face there looks like this could possibly ich also and currently dozing two spoons of focus two spoons of API general cure into 40 g frozen mysis fed into the display. Now it’s been two full weeks of this and the bumps are getting more pronounced and one looks to be opened up?

These are skin irritations and may be becoming bacterial. Suggested is Treatment with Ruby rally Pro or seachem Neoplex which will provide healing. Assure also water quality is good. How are you testing the water?

Ich spots would be smaller and tend to cone and go and change location day to day.

How long have you had this fish?

Don’t mix general cure and food - it is designed to be added to the water only (but no invertebrates can be present). General Cure contains two drugs that have two different oral doses - so cannot be used in food.

Have you seen the filefish yawning or scratching?

OP's tilefish actually came from the exact same batch and LFS as my pair, so I'd say there's a solid chance it has flukes.
