TTM question for 5 small tangs

How did you get them to hold it for 3 weeks? The shipping date on their checkout screen only lets you choose 1 week out.

I did the checkout for one week, but then I called them and asked if they could extend it. The lady was nice and did it for me.

As to the acclimation process - saltwater fish.com gives a complete instruction set on how to do it. Follow those instructions (there is no reason not to). IMHO.

Bleach is the best way - vinegar not - to disinfect a tank. I believe (but I'm sure someone else will say) - its best 1:9 bleach: water.
