Hey all, I have these red, bushy, frilly worms in my tank. They live in the sandbed and at first I thought they were spaghetti worms, but am not so sure now.

So it took about a year, but I finally found one outside the sand crawling around in the middle of the night. It's the largest I've seen, at least 100mm long. Most are only 20mm-40mm. They leave giant mounds of sand around, and calcified tubes in the sand too.

I have never seen tentacles or feeding like I expect with spaghetti worms.

They've never bothered anything, just looking for an ID.

These aren't the best pics but hoping someone can still tell what they are.

Thanks!
