Finally finished up the sump area. Love how clean it all looks. It’s been a crazy, busy last few months.

Next up is a door and a canopy.

Only way I can get shots of any of the wrasses. They’re incredibly camera shy, they’re fine with me around the tank but as soon as the camera comes out they take off!

Threw together a canopy real quick this week. I like how it looks and it cut down on a lot of light spill.

I picked up a few mangroves to keep in the coast2coast overflow and help out with nitrate/phosphate removal. I also just thought they would look really cool. If it all goes well I’ll grab a few more. I ran out of zip tie mounts so the rest are leaning in a corner for now.

I’m pretty sure this is the first stand I have actually finished.

time for some paint and then I need to install the magnets for holding the door on.

I had some time yesterday and I was able to finish up the door for the stand.
I’m really liking how everything has come together. I didn’t really plan it out, just built/added on as needed.

Here’s a little video of the tank, well, mostly just the wrasses.
Looks like the nahacky has finished the transition. He is such a stunning fish. Of course, as I’m typing this he just put on an awesome show running off the lunate. I hate how camera shy they are, can never get video of the good stuff. Haha

Just put my new Magma Wrasse (c. Shutmani) in the acclimation box. I’m so excited to have this one.

Finally have everything dialed in and the tank is looking good. Feels so nice after the long battle with algae and Dino’s.
