Are there any decent refugium lights (not too expensive) you recommend on Amazon? Something that will grow macroalgae and be enough for live rock? I need it in the next 2 days so I don't have any LFS and that would be the only retailer that ships to me that fast that I am aware of?

TY

These work great!

I too use the same one, but I didn't like how the label blocks a small portion of the light, so I cut a new acrylic shield to replace the labelled one. It has better spread now.

Using the same light and was thinking to do the exact same thing.
Need to order some acrylic.

I also added some reflective tape on the inside for it to spread better.

I bought this one about a month ago. 35 years as an electrician and the build quality on this is amazing. I would expect wholesale price to be double.

It’s rather white in color but my macro algae grows great under it.

Can you send me the link, it's not loading right for me. Thanks in advance!

I use this one on the back of my nano cube since its a low profile and it works great! I looked at using the ACKE they mentioned above seeing they are cheap and pretty much the same light as this one just different housing

I remember looking at the link when they first posted it. It's this one if I remember correctly. Looks surprisingly beefy for the price.

I used similar ones. My chaeto didn't tumble so I used Velcro to attach one to the front and another to the back and hung a work light above. Chaeto grew like crazy. I never understood why people spend hundreds of $ to light a fuge.

Look for this thing, best built light I’ve seen in the hobby.

Hey dude thanks for posting this. I setup a Refugium about a week ago and this light has been incredible. My chaeto has easily 5x in size in the past week lol

Right? I've been an electrician for almost 40 years. this thing is built like a tank. It looks like you got it for $6 less than I paid for it. great light!
