Harlequin shrimp would be so fat from all of them in my system, they would need to go on a diet for years! :D:rolleyes:o_O:eek:

I have started farming them in the 29g qt... because I would love to try and have a source at home for food.

Up early. All of us are on the road to the Saint Louis Zoo today.

My Halichoeres chrysus ("Little Yellow") made it through the night. When I get back I'll feed it again and see how it eats.

Eating lunch picnic style on the iawn, taking a break.

We got the stingray touch pool first thing this morning. The grandkids didn't want to leave it!

Little yellow ate tonight and is cruising the QT. No visible signs of issues. Will start Metro as a prophylactic treatment tomorrow for possible internal bugs.

So far, so good.

What a great day!

It was! 7 hours at the zoo was enough zoo for me.

Butterfly dome at the zoo was very cool. Thousands of butterflies flying in there!

Beautiful, Don. We have a similar one at the Bronx Zoo and the kids always love it. Me too.

Update. Little yellow was showing a little head twitch from time to time, so I've decided to dose API general cure instead of just metro just in case. He's doing well and eating very good. Loves LRS. Looks very good, bright yellow and clear fins. Cruising the tank just fine.

Well that's a relief... eating is always a thumbs up bud. Hope the treatment goes without a hiccup.

Update, little yellow is eating like a pig and looks very healthy. No head twitching and or flashing. He will get another round of General cure Sunday and I'll wait till the following weekend to release him to the DT. So far, so good!
