Hi Guys,
My name is Rob i'm from Philadelphia and have been reefing since 2010. I started with a 90 Gallon and moved up to a 156. About 2 years ago I separated from my wife and the tank came down. I gave away a lot of equipment but held onto some of the more important items. The 156 and 90 are both in my garage at my new house but I have little room for the 156 so I will be setting up the 90 soon. I've had the 156 for sale but people want to low ball or not show up at all so I think I'll just hold onto it and hopefully one day have the room for it. I guess I'll start by listing the equipment I have or will buy shortly. I'm going to use a trigger system ruby 36 sump with a mag drive 18 for return. The skimmer is a Super Reef Octopus SRO 1000INT. For circulation I have 2 vortech MP40's, with the mag 18 2 might be overkill but I can always dial them back. The lighting will be an either an ATI 48" 8x54w Dimmable Sunpower or the non dimmable the price difference is $130 not an insane amount but I'm not sure how much I will use the dimming feature or if its worth it. If anyone has any experience with this light I would love to hear from you. I'm planning on a mixed reef leaning towards SPS dominance. Right now I feel lost trying to get back into the hobby.

Welcome to R2R and back onto the hobby!
