Just came across this cool looking Nudibranch and wanted to share. Crazy Stuff...check it out!!

BLUE DRAGON NUDIBRANCH. It spends its life floating on the surface of the ocean, much like the violet sea snail. They feed on the poisonous Man of War Jellyfish, collecting the animal's toxins and storing them in little sacs on the end of their feather-like "fingers." The Blue Dragon can produce a much more powerful and deadly sting than the Man of War due to its ability to store the poison.

thats really cool looking but should the person be handling the nudi with bare hands if it is as poisonous as stated?i have to assume they arent something that would be of any benifit to our reef tanks?where do these nudis originate from?

I dont care how deadly they are,I want one,are they leagally sold or what?

Always learning or seeing new things in this hobby cool lookin nudi thanks for shareing

They have a lot of videos on them, I've seen lots of info and video on the discovery channel. Very unique animal.

So I guess that guy got stung pretty bad holding that thing in his hand. Man O war ouch!

I think he's holding a hungry one. Probably hasn't had it's daily dose of poison yet. I should email them and ask if the guy is still alive.

I'm not sure where they are from. They don't say. There is another type, much longer found in singapore.

I think there was some that came in a shipment recently, but not for sale. Hung prob has more details. I heard it from him. I guess if you bought them, they would have to come with man of war jelly fish and antidote.

Bah! I'm not impressed, I have several of them in my frag tank

Is that right? Your going to get alot of PMs, :hammer:

Is this one more impressive?
