tanks natural cycle will eventually eliminate them my tank had them when starting out. they should fade after a while.

I had those for a while in the beggining, I assumed that they were pods.

I think it is a hydroid also but you should get a magnifying glass and check to see if it might be a mini brittle star. They are really good detrivores if you can get some established in your tank. They reproduce well and are tiny so they can get the crud out of the small cracks in your rock.

i had them (hydroids) in my tank in the beginning, they will soon die off once the tank is completely cycled and their food source is removed.
