storing saltwater ?s

I want to make and store 50 gals of saltwater does it need to be circulated constantly or just long enough to mix? How does anyone else do it? How long will it keep? Any responses will be appreciated, Thanks in advance. Good reefing to ya!

I leave a powerhead in mine constantly. I hear saltwater gets stagnant really quick so it needs to stay moving. I also keep mine in black buckets so no light can get in

I keep around 40gal at all times in a drum. I just have a MJ1200 and a heater in there and have had no issues with the parms.
