This sucks what do i do?

I just got my shipment in from DD today, one was a day late and the other came in on time. The shipment that came in late was my box with 3 acro's in it all mostly dead I think, I am still going to give them a shot, tell me if you think, is it worth it? they look supper white, and then I open up my crazy priced scolly and it comes in looking all screwed up. I know it is a scolly and it comes in a lil on the bad side and can come back in most cases but this one cost a lot of money to be coming in with skeleton showing and a gaping mouth. I have 4 more scollys already so I know a lil about them but this just sucks to pay so much and have it come in the way it did. Tell me what you think I should do? I have already called in and took and sent in pic's and got my money back for the sps but I am still waiting to hear back on what to do with the scolly. Please tell me what you think!!!

That scolly doesn't look too bad...did they forget heat packs or something?

f&s have a really strong guarantee on their livestock...if it doesn't look like it's doing well, just hit them up before the guarantee date and get a refund...

From the looks of the pics, they just didn't ship well.

I paid $400 for that scolly and it comes in like this and small as hell. I spent over $650 on this shipment!!!! I know they will credit me the cash but I would of rather of had the coral.

I mean, don't throw them away...I've seen completely bleached coral come back to life...it's not going to be quick though :)

How should I place the bleached acro's

treat the acro's as you would any other-try and place them in as ideal a location as possible. They'll either recover or they won't, not a whole lot extra you can do.

As far as refunds and stuff-that's up to F&S and you, and before they get back to you it's not a good idea to get yourself worked up with what if's, ya know? They might take care of you completely and it'll all be good.

I know they will take care of me but this is the 3rd order in a row they have had to credit me back for!!!! no joke!!!! and it just goes to store credit so I am stuck without the coral I wanted and they still have my money till I spend it with them. In the long run it costs me more money!! The acro's were already bought on credit from the last ones coming in with a busted bag and dead, now this one comes in a day late and dead also credit or no credit this sucks!!!! Then I put out 400 dollars the other night to get this scolly that is half dead(look at the mouth) and now I am going to be stuck with a whole lot of STORE CREDIT, if it went back to my card I wouldn't be mad but store credit sucks!!!!

Why the heck are you having such problems? 3 times? Are you picking up the packages as they arrive from UPS/FedEx? Do you live in some area that's far from civilization?

May want to wait for a few months for more shipments.....

Acro's are goners. Did you pay the extra $$$ to have them delivered priority? I always check the box for that option.

Overnight is the way to go..

I personally don't think you should pay even 1 cent for that scolly. You paid $400 for a scolly that was healthy and you got a dying piece of crap. Let them take a hit of the $400...no reason why you should settle at a certain amount and let it heal for MONTHS in my opinion.
