Thought I'd start a thread to track the grow out in my JBJ 30g rimless. I've always wanted to keep an SPS dominated reef, so this is my attempt...

As of today (8/25/15) the system is about 3 months old and I've basically filled it to the brim with frags. I don't have a lot of pics of the build, so I thought I'd take it from today and hopefully track the system as it continues to mature.

Some specs:
30g JBJ rimless tank
Neptune Apex controller

And an updated coral list. It's kinda neat to see that I still have some of the pieces from when I originally posted... And pretty amazing how much a coral hoarder can cram into 30 gallons. o_O

Very nice! What parameters do you run?

Thanks MartyF! Current params are:

SG: 1.026
Ca: 420
Alk: 9.9
Mg: 1410
P: 0.18
N: 0 (but I do dose stump remover and the tank seems to consume about 2ppm of N per day)
