I’ve got two choices for a sump light, a white light and a blue and white light.

the blue and white is $5 more.

is there any benefit from blue and white for growing Marco algae etc in your sump

That thing is great. It's actually 50w not 100w but it works great!!!

Actually algaes do better 5700k red and yellow light.

okay, anyway back to my question. Is white or blue and white better?
