Clove polyp problem?

I tried a small frag of 3 head of clove polyp, it opened nicely after 1 day and has been growing well
So I decided to get this new clove polyp frag, it haven't opened since got in the tank (1 week) and seem to lose color, the head had some and now just white. Is this normal?

not normal, corals turning white is bad. Can you share your parameters, type of lighting and what you have for flow in the tank?
