Anybody a clue what this wil be when it grows up ?

It's a nudibrach. Have you added any new corals or macroalgae? It's difficult to tell if it's a good guy or bad at that angle.

New coral indeed. It has a white head and his body is grey/brown on top. Its only 1,5 cm atm

Lobophyllia and goniopora yellow

Yes but with white ears and diferent tail

If it looks like that it's not reef safe. try and remove it next time you're able to locate it

Agreed with Dermatobranchus sp. - an octocoral eater.
