does anyone know what this is, it’s starting growing in various places recently?
Sponge or type of algae, it’s white then has the pointed part at the ends, maybe a hitchhiker of some type. Also does that look like vermitid snails in the back ?

You've got at least two (probably three) kinds of sponges there, at least one of which is a Pineapple Sponge. All should be harmless filter-feeders. I believe the tubes in the back are also sponge, but you could touch one and find out for sure (soft = sponge, hard = not sponge).
