Is there a general ratio of blue to white light in a mixed reef tank? PAR aside, is it all based on what everyone likes?

If you have no corals, then you can set the light the way you like.

If you have corals, then they need blue light more than others to thrive, so set the blue's high, and then set the white the way you like. I like my whites around 30%-40%.

Whatever your light is, there is probably a video on youtube explaining the best set ups for that light. Even this forum might have a few threads on your specific light, have a search.

I would try to find someone who has similar lights to you and match your light settings to theirs. I ran my lights around 25% and had the blues cranked up (RL50 light)

I have the Maxspect MJ-165 Blue on my Dice AIO. The lights are great, I think I have the blue set to around 60% and the R, G and Y around 25-30%. I could probably jack up the blues more
