Need help with a frag tank system

So i decided to set myself up a frag system and need some input. I will be using 3 15g tanks, 1 lps, 1 sps and one for a sump. Im gonna try to use what i have on hand which is a queit one 4000 return pump(will it be enough for both tanks?) and a 400w halide which i was thinkin of placing the tanks back to back and mounting right in the middle of the two. Another question is how do i pump both tanks to the sump? I am far from a plumper and this will be the first system i have ever used a sump on. Any input would be appreciated!

You are already starting a frag tank..? :) you don't wanna pump anything to a sump,you wanna drain to the sump and pump to the tanks!!! I'm guessing the tanks aren't drilled? Just drill both of them and drain both to the sump and then when you pump up to the tanks just put in a Y fitting or a T.... Why didn't you jus text and ask? Lol

lol i dont know didnt think about it. Yeah the tanks are drilled, and i have no idea why im building this system because i dont have anything to put in it lol just want to do it test my skills lol and have one just in case
