I don't like it since it contradicts to earlier posters and what Salifert support replied :)When I double checked the KH values using other brands, Salifert matches NYOS, AF and Oceamo ICP - when the color start to change - and I get higher value if I make the reading with solid pink
Same. Edited to add wish I had read this before I decided to use this method. I should learn that most everything I want to try is on this website.It’s even easier if you just use a pH meter and ignore the color. pH 4.2 is the endpoint and that is how I determine alk:
