Used AI Hydra 52 Setup

I’m sure the answer has already been posted somewhere, but for the life of me I can’t seem to find anything that’s getting me anywhere. So I have these lights that I bought from a local hobbyist and I’m trying to set them up on a new tank. They came with an AI Director, but I can’t get it to power up or do anything. So I’m wondering if there is a way to reset them, and program them to my AI app and home WiFi I’m honestly not exactly sure what models they are, or how old they are ‍

He sold me a full setup, and the lights were working at the time. He controlled them from his phone and showed me them turning on and off. I can get them to turn on manually, but they reset when they are unplugged

I wasn’t able to manually reset the director and lights on my end, so I decided to contact the support staff at AI. They were able to clear them from the previous owners account and walk me through the steps of linking them to my account, and it worked!! Very excited! If anyone else has similar issues I would definitely recommend sending them an email.
